1. Services

Evidina Tutoring provides private maths and science tutoring services, available online and in person in the Port Elizabeth area. Sessions are conducted on a one-on-one basis unless otherwise arranged for group sessions.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or email. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to attend at the scheduled time.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session: full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: the full session fee applies.
• No-shows: the full session fee applies.

We understand that life happens. If you have exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

4. Payment

Payment is due before or on the day of each session unless a package arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept EFT, cash (in-person), and approved online payment methods.

5. Online Sessions

Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet. The student is responsible for having a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet study space. If technical issues on the tutor's side prevent the session, a free reschedule will be offered.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Evidina Tutoring (lesson notes, worksheets, blog content) are the intellectual property of Evidina Tutoring and may not be redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to help every student improve, we cannot guarantee specific academic results. Outcomes depend on many factors including the student's effort, attendance, and practice outside of sessions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
